I'm not entirely sure what you're asking here. Are you asking if you can use the word "nigger" in a post? Unless I'm told otherwise, I believe this is acceptable depending on context- though, this is subject to change.

Here's a few examples:
"I want to kill niggers" - That's a little too over the top and hateful, and would be considered a threat. And it's not even funny, just rude.
"'Sup niggers? What's going on in this thread?" - Not particularly rude or hateful towards anyone here.
"I'm 200% nigger" - Acceptable. This comes from a song ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_xSZ7AjFBM ) and as a work of "art," it is protected as such.
"tonythetiger is a double nigger" - Acceptable. This is just accurate.
