He has failed to protect not only our basic rights, but yours, too. Sure, he inherited the NSA and its snooping program, but he has done nothing to stop it, and instead has allowed its expansion during his administration.

He realizes that the only way to stop the NSA is to let them get so big that they begin spying on themselves. Then we cut out the middle men and they continually spy on themselves until they are all dead. A B C, cut out B. It's like a wormhole. They will be so busy spying on themselves spying on themselves, that they will have no time to spy on anybody else.
